IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Infra-red heat penetrates up to 2 inches into muscle tissue. As such it works deeper than just about any other type of safe heat. However your temperature recepters only exist on the surface of your skin. So, often, when people start out with infra-red heat it does not feel as warming as say a hot water bottle. However, whereas a hot water bottle heats the skin surface, a QFiber is heating deep muscle tissue. So do not be alarmed if your Qfiber does not feel as warm as you imagine it might.
