Flooding in Taiwan causes chaos in Hard Disk Supply.
Due to the recent flooding in Taiwan, many of the companies producing hard drives in the area had to close completely and some are working on a greatly reduced capacity. The upshot is that hard disk prices have almost trippled in price! For example a 500gb 3.5" Seagate was selling for €44 is now a whopping €107!
Hopefully the prices will get back to normal before Christmas.

Looking After Your Health
Some of you may have noticed I have been bleating on about Health Issues lately. This is actually nothing new for me as I have studied nutrition and vitamins for over 10 years. One of the major things anyone can do to stay healthy is to eat food that contains nutrients for your body. The food has to be digested properly and the nutrients have to be carried in your bloodstream to the parts of the body that require it. However, this also produces waste product, which must be eliminated from the body. If not, you become prone to many diseases. Your body tells you when it is in danger... the tell tale signs are tiredness, aches and pains, fuzzy thinking, irritability and indigestion. If you are not getting rid of this waste very regularly then there are a few things you could do.
- Drink more water (but not while eating)
- Chew you food more so that it is easier for your stomach acid to break it down
- Take Probiotics or Digestive Enzymes with your food
- Consider a treatment of Colonic Irregation (Princess Diana went regularly) - pun not intended
Those interested in finding out more about Colonics in the local area can take a look at www.rosacardona.com Rosa worked in Harley Street for over 20 years and performs colonics from the comfort of her home nr Jesus Pobre (Gata de Gorgos)
Well, I hope this will keep you going until the next newsletter (pun intended that time)
All the best
Mick
