 Our Stock & Delivery Routine
Do you carry stock of all the items in your online shop?
No, we keep limited stock but we receive 2 deliveries per day from our suppliers in Valencia.
How long does it take to obtain something after I order?
For orders received before 11:30 we usually receive the items by 17:30-18:00 the same evening.
For orders received before 16:30 we usually receive the items by 11:30 the next morning.
How long does it take to supply a new PC?
We order the parts and build from scratch to your requirements. Generally we can have a new PC ready within 4 working days.
How long does it take to supply a new Laptop?
All laptops come to us with spanish operating systems installed. If you want a spanish operating system and are happy to set up the laptop yourself then we can deliver it withing a day straight from our distributors.
If you want a laptop installed with an English operating system, Antivirus and with all the windows updates installed then we say 2-3 days before it is ready for you to collect.
What if I am looking for something specific?
No problem, just let us know by phone or email what you are looking for and we will check out price and availability from our distributors and let you know.
